And hey, I think that can be a superpower in a crisis, too? A lot of people can't handle the sight of blood of any color. If it makes you less stressed and therefore more capable of doing what you need to do with a clear head, I'd say that's a big win. I'd be able to rely on you in the metaphorical apocalypse because I know, while I'm freaking out about the dead body, you're more likely to be calm! That goes for medical stuff too.
Also, I don't know if this is up your alley, but have you ever played the Mega Man Zero games, or even the Mega Man X games? They're side-scroller platformers where you play as an android in armor, always fighting other androids/robots/animal-looking androids in basically a similar context (instead of deviants they're called Mavericks). The titular Mega Man X uses guns, but Zero primarily uses a blade, so there's a lot of satisfying getting up close and slashing enemies. In the Zero series, enemies even get visibly sliced in half with the sword. Might be fun to play when the urge strikes!
